1/72 Starwars TIE Fighter by Bandai

Finally got hold of the Star Wars 1/72 scale Tie Fighter and managed to get quite a good price for it. Honestly, I am impress by the amount of detail especially when it comes to 1/72 scale kit. I remembered building a TIE advanced from the old vintage kit from MPC twenty years ago. Although the kit may not be as detailed but still fun to build with.

The Bandai kit don’t really require any glue if you are a beginner, a enamel wash and some panel line will do a decent job. But I would like to push it a little further. It was a fun build with not many parts but the amount of details are really impressive. I’ve documented some of the process while building the TIE Fighter. Overall took me less than a week to complete. I will definitely be doing another Bandai’s Star Wars kit for sure.
